His presence, warmth and ability to demonstrate that he hears and appreciates your views and ideas helps guide you to deeper insights. I found myself articulating ideas in a practical way that I can take next steps on, that had been previously percolating without much form or shape. Grateful for Tony and his guidance!
They have approved 20 sessions across the exec team of this division (about 10 people) - and this is as a trial. First session is on Monday and goes through to end of Oct at this stage 👌 If (as it will - burn the boats style) it goes well, the coaching will continue with most of these team members - and perhaps rolled out to others... This has been a big step for me to secure this first phase! It feels good and I have done my celebratory dance 💃 to lock it in the reward (BJ Fogg goodness). I'm so glad to have gone to Austin as I know this has played a role in building confidence, idea generation, and momentum 😄 Thanks @Tony Bushong - for your input in Austin and beyond - and the rest of our wonderful group for all the support!!
I have been with this business for eight years, and during that time one of the ongoing challenges has been a lack of structure and clear communication. Over the past several months, however, I have noticed a significant positive shift, much of which I attribute to Tony's coaching and involvement. Since Tony began working one-on-one with our owner, communication has become much more collaborative and goal-oriented. Conversations now feel more like agreements and shared expectations rather than directives, which has created a healthier and more productive work environment. He has also played a key role in helping bring the business's vision into focus. We now have clearer goals, better direction, and a stronger understanding of where the business is headed. His willingness to come into the office, meet with staff, and help define roles and responsibilities has been incredibly valuable. It has provided clarity, accountability, and confidence throughout the team. Having Tony involved is like having someone helping to steer the ship. His guidance has brought structure, improved communication, and helped create momentum toward a stronger future for the business and its employees.
